DETAILS OF THE BEGINNER'S LEVEL - I (JLPT LEVEL 4) COURSE:
Useful For : Those who want to make their career in teaching, translation and interpretation of Japanese in Mumbai. For language enthusiasts, for those looking for jobs in Japan and software people working on Japanese projects and business professionals.
Date of commencement: May 3, 2008 : Registration over - New batch will start in Jan 2009

3) Days & timings of classes:
Weekend Saturday - 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m, Sunday 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM
4) Course contents: Learning of the four major skills viz. Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening of day- to- day Japanese. The students will be simultaneously prepared for the JLPT Level 4 exam.
5) Study material provided: i) text books on grammar, script & listening
ii) 2 cds for listening practice
6) Registration on first come first serve basis. You will be required to make the payment at the time of registration; please bring a passport size photograph.
7) Fee Structure: Rs. 7000/- for the course inclusive of the course material
DETAILS OF THE BEGINNER'S LEVEL -II (JLPT LEVEL 3) COURSE:
Useful For : Tourists, students, guides, language enthusiasts, BPO employees, those undertaking short-term visit to Japan.
- Date of commencement: :Registration over - New batch will start in Jan 2009
- Duration of the course: 7 months
- Days & timings: Weekend Saturday - 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m, Sunday 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM
- Course content: Building up from the Beginner’s Level I course (Level 4 of JLPT), the second part of Basic Japanese would be covered. The students will be simultaneously prepared for the JLPT Level 3 exam.
- Study material provided: i) text books on grammar, script & listening
ii) cd for listening practice
- Date of registration: on first come first serve basis. You will be required to make the payment at the time of registration; please bring a passport size photograph.

Our regular
courses for companies:
1) Beginner's Level Regular Course (equivalent to Level 4 of JLPT):
Content: Conversation, reading and writing of basic level with equal
emphasis on all the three skills.
Objective: Aimed at people planning to take the level 4 exam of
JLPT /interested in continuing further gradually to the level of
translation/ interpretation skill.
Duration: 150 hours (approximately 6 months)
2) Survival Japanese Conversational Course – Culture Oriented (A):
Content : Totally conversational with no knowledge of the script
Objective : Aimed at people frequently visiting Japan on very short business trips, or entertaining Japanese clients in India.
Duration : 20 hours
3) Survival Japanese Conversational Course : Grammar Oriented (B):
Content : Conversation and reading with more stress on conversational practice.
Objective : Aimed at people planning to visit Japan for a period of a few months/ people working on some Japanese project or interacting with Japanese clients.
Duration : 75 hours
4) Intermediate Level Regular Course (equivalent to Level 3 of
JLPT):
Content: Conversation, reading and writing of intermediate level
with equal emphasis on all the three skills.
Objective: Aimed at people planning to take the level 3 exam of
JLPT/ who have already completed the beginner's level regular course
and are further interested in continuing to the level of translation/
interpretation skill.
Duration: 150 hours (approximately 6 months)
5) Business Japanese/
Official Japanese: (for corporates only)
Content: Japanese language required for official purposes, carrying
out official correspondence, sending and receiving of faxes, letters,
telecon, e- mails etc.
Objective: Aimed at companies who are required to frequently deal
with Japanese clients and work on Japanese projects, thereby requiring
a thorough knowledge of business Japanese . (Candidates are required
to have a prior knowledge of basic Japanese.)
Duration:150 hours (approximately 6 months)
6) Software-oriented
Technical Business Japanese: (for corporates only)
Content: Japanese language knowledge required for translation and
understanding of software- related documents and specifications.
Objective: Aimed at software companies doing regular business with
Japan in the software field. (Candidates are required to have successfully
completed Level 3 of the JLPT)
Duration: 250 hours (approximately 6 ½ months)
